Coriander is often used in Spanish, Mexican, Latin and Indian cuisine. It's a common ingredient in spice rubs, marinades, chilis, sauces, soups and curries and works well with onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and potatoes. When left whole, coriander is as floral as cardamomits flavor full of citrus and curry, light and sweet (the seeds are fun to crunch on, too). When ground, the roasted nutty aromas of the seeds come to the fore, to make your meal more memorable. In terms of health benefits, coriander also stands out because it stimulates digestive enzymes and juices, which are known to enhance the digestive system. They are a good source of fibre too. Coriander also serves as a great detoxifier as well. Detoxing helps eliminate all excess toxins and help you feel light and contribute to weight loss. So you can creatively embedd these amazing seeds into your soups whether Egusi, Gbegiri, edikaikong etc. to create a memorable meal. Buy Coriander on groceries.ng.
