Beef can also sold as ground beef or mince meat which are used for cooking a variety of meals. For steak lovers, when cooking your meat, you need to decide whether you want it medium rare or well done. Blade beef is a choice beef cut taken from the succulent flesh around the shoulder area of a cow. When boiled for softening, blade beef becomes very tender and chewable . You can cut it into tiny shredds for minced meat. You can also drop chunks of beef blade into your Egusi, Afang and other local soup varieties. Aside from being highly portentous, blade beef comes with an array of vitamins and nutrients that can work miracles in your body. It can help with the build up of muscle mass due to its high protein content. Some of the special nutrients you can get from blade beef meat include glutathione, L-carnitine, and heme-iron.
